Terms & Conditions

Valid from 1st January 2024 for 12 months. Seatings are from 12 pm to 4.30 pm on weekends and reservations are essential. This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the experience and cannot be redeemed until at least 24 hours after the purchase date. Prices are inclusive of 12.5% service charge and 20% VAT. Please note that special afternoon tea collections may have a surcharge. Reservations are subject to availability.
